    Overview: We have various shipping facilities that ship different items. We are a growing company and eventually hope to get everything under one roof. Items from different howl branches will most likely be shipped separately and some will arrive sooner than other, information is below. Please keep in mind that we are not Amazon Prime... HowlPack: Products are custom made by hand after they are ordered. 99% of orders will be completed and shipped out within 5 business days and about 50% will be finished and shipped out within 3 days. After product is shipped the estimated delivery time is 3-4 days. We use multiple ground carriers and always choose the fastest shipping times for our customers. After your order is shipped we will update you by email with a tracking number. HowlVita: Most orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days and are delivered between 2-5 days. We have multiple fulfillment facilities which hold different products, so some of your orders may arrive at separate times if two products in your order are from separate facilities. After your order is shipped we will update you by email with a tracking number. HowlBrew & HowlSmox: Your order will be packed, processed and shipped within 2 business days guaranteed. Most of our orders will ship by the next business day. After your order is shipped we will update you by email with a tracking number. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY For any Returns or issues with your order email our support team directly at thehowllife@gmail.com no later than 4 weeks after the product was received. HowlPack: HowlPack only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse All our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement HowlVita: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded. If you notice any issue with the products or anything in the order that seems to be out of place, contact us at thehowllife@gmail.com and send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. If your claim gets approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 3 business days. In case you request a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few workdays. ​ HowlVita will not grant a refund or replace a produced product in case of: Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable). Buyer's remorse – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. ​ HowlBrew & HowlSmox: We truly seek to send you a product that you won't wish to return or exchange to begin with. If the pack comes damaged from mail carrier handling, PLEASE reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your package with photos of the damage and so we can get you out another product! Unfortunately with the nature of sending packs with tamper proof stickers on and them being smokable or ingestable, after the pack or coffee is is opened we cannot accept a return or an exchange due to product handling regulations and possibilities of any contaminaton. If you receive a product and would like to exchange or return it (if it's unopened) we would love to do that for you if you email us at thehowllife@gmail.com within 14 days of your order arriving.
  • What is Combed & Ring Spun Cotton
    Combed & Ring Spun Cotton is more durable, soft and shrinks less than regular cotton. Ringspun Cotton is made by twisting and thinning the cotton strands to make a very fine, strong, soft rope of cotton. Combed cotton is softer than regular cotton because it doesn't have any impurities or short protruding threads, and it is stronger than regular cotton because the combing process removes short fibers, which are prone to breakage. After combing, the straightened fibers join together more tightly, leading to less fraying and unraveling.
  • How are clothing products fulfilled?
    Clothing for sale is not prepackaged, it is printed as its ordered. There is an entire process to make sure you get the perfect apparel delivered to your doorstep. The ideal clothing gets picked, printed, goes through quality control to make sure everything looks good, sorted, packaged and sent
  • How is Money Donated to Foundations?
    Money is donated to foundations twice a year, March and September! The foundations we donate to an proof of receipts will be available on our website starting September 2024 at - https://www.thehowllife.com/donationreceipts
